A baseline condition report separates routine maintenance from repairs, upgrades or document recovery, making responsibilities clear before the first planned visit.
Intervals and tasks follow system type, regulations, manufacturer instructions, environment and building operations. The plan covers inspection, functional tests, cleaning, measurements, standby power and interfaces.
Testing is planned to prevent uncontrolled releases or process shutdowns, including temporary safety measures, responsible persons and confirmed return to normal operation.
Each visit records completed tasks, faults, isolations, replacements and prioritised recommendations. Critical defects are highlighted with an agreed remediation route.
Layout changes, ceilings, racks, ventilation or new processes may invalidate the existing arrangement. Maintenance identifies these changes for engineering review.
