Defining the required systems

The solution follows the building use, floor area and layout, occupancy, fire risks and existing engineering services. We use these inputs to define the required fire alarm, warning and evacuation, suppression, smoke control, monitoring, lightning protection and passive fire-protection measures.

From design to handover

Work begins with drawings, a technical brief or a site survey. We then prepare the design solution, estimate and programme, supply equipment and materials, complete installation, programming, commissioning and integrated tests, and hand over the contractually agreed design and as-built records.

What determines the estimate

The cost is calculated for the actual project. Floor area, room configuration, equipment scope, cable routes, system interfaces, access conditions, testing and completion records all affect the estimate. Plans, city, building type and approximate area are enough for an initial review.
